Helpers & Additional Functionalities

Some context menus are provided to optimize Rendering Types manipulation by clicking on the right mouse button over items.
 
On the Rendering Types item level, the user can:
  • expand: expand all the sub-items;
  • collapse: collapse all the sub-items;
  • set to 0: set all the weights of all its Mesh Assets to 0;
  • set to 50: set all the weights of all its Mesh Assets to 50;
On the Rendering Type item level, the user can:
  • expand: expand all the sub-items.
  • collapse: collapse all the sub-items
  • set to 0: set all the weights of its Mesh Assets to 0.
  • set to 50: set all the weights of its Mesh Assets to 50.
  • rename: rename the Rendering Type. It is also possible to rename the item by clicking in the name field when the item is already selected. If the new name already exists in the list of Rendering Types, an error message is prompted and the action is cancelled.
  • duplicate: duplicate the selected Rendering Type, including all Assets Groups, the Mesh Assets associated and their weights. The new Rendering Type name is automatically set: '_copy1' is appended to the name of the selected Rendering Type. This suffix is incremented each time the user does a duplicate action.
On the Assets Group item level, the user can:
  • expand: expand all the sub-items;
  • collapse: collapse all the sub-items;
  • set to 0: set all the weights of the Mesh Assets to 0;
  • set to 50: set all the weights of the Mesh Assets to 50;
  • rename: rename the Assets Group. It is also possible to rename the item by clicking in the name field when the item is already selected. If the new name already exists in the list of Assets Groups, an error message is prompted and the action is cancelled. The Assets Group of the Character that the current Rendering Type refers to is also updated.
On the Mesh Asset item level, the user can:
  • set to 0: set the weight to 0.
  • set to 50: set the weight to 50.
